Tenant – Vacating Form and Information

To end your tenancy you will need to give written notice to this office – you may fill in the form at the bottom of this page. The notice period required will be different depending on the situation.

Fixed Term Agreement

We will require 14 days written notice

Periodic Agreement 

You will need to give us 21 days written notice

Ending a Fixed Term Agreement Early

Please contact the office to discuss this with Karen, you may be charged the following fees;

  • 6 weeks rent if you move out in the first half of the fixed term
  • 4 weeks rent if you move out in the second half of the fixed term.

In all cases, you will need to pay rent up to and including the last day of your notice period, your notice period does not have to coincide with weekly rent payments and we will advise you of the rent amount payable. Please note that if you are

charged water usage, you will be required to pay the consumption amount up to an including the last day of your notice period.

Final Inspection Guide

Once keys have been handed back to the office, the property manager will conduct a Final Inspection – the tenant and Landlord can attend this inspection, please ensure that the property is thoroughly cleaned as this will insure your Bond is returned in full and in a timely manner.
